I would beieve this diet is healthier than most diets that pregenant women follow. Many just binge and eat like pigs.
Make sure you find ways to get calcium for you and baby as baby will pull it from your bones if you don’t feed yourself enough. Also foic acid. Usually from orange juice etc. But that is out. IDK if it is in lemons. If so drink tons of lemon water. Keep eating your greens. They will fill you up. Get yourself in touch wiht Able900 and he will help you with other questions. I have had bad problems with nuts. Good luck to you and baby. So much to deal with when your pregnant much less deal with this diet. I’m so proud of you for doing what is right for you and your baby. Hang in there. It will get better as it goes on. I too was shaky etc during the first few weeks. Those were tough days but it does get better.
I always have cauliflower, broccoi, celery, peppers, hard boied eggs chopped and ready for on the go and snacking. Lots of work but well worth it.
