After years of stomach problems, I’ve started to realize I may have a yeast problem. I’m trying to figure this all out. I’m currently experiencing the worst gut health I’ve ever had. Anything I eat is making me sick. Two years ago I quit soy as I thought my problems were from soy allergies, and it helped for a while. But about three months back I had to take antibiotics for an ear infection, strangely while I was taking them, I had the best gut health I’ve had in years, but as I said now I’m the worst I’ve ever been. I’ve started taking probiotics and milk thistle, also some oil of oregano. Any suggestions on other supplements? Or perhaps boxed cleanses? I’ve done varies cleanses in the past with some effect but never for Candida. I’m trying to rework my diet but it’s difficult. I (unfortunately) rely heavily on wheat, sugars and caffeine (I run a coffee shop and am a baker). Also beans are an integral part of my day to day.
I’m not 100% sure I have a Candida problem, but I do seem to have a lot of the symptoms. I figure trying to cleanse and restricting my diet can’t hurt? And hopefully will actually help.
Any thoughts, suggestions, anything would be helpful…
i’m not an expert but you should start to like hemp, because its one of the few proteins you can eat.
