Arijana hit most of your points so I won’t repeat what she said for the sake of it, but I will comment on your body building.
A lot of this diet is protein based, which as you know is one of the keys to building/re-building muscle. I’m actually been more focused in the gym than I have been for a long time and I am shaping/bulking up very nicely.
Seeing as this is a big 6 – 12+ months I’m taking to improve my life, I thought I would hit the gym hard again and work everything.
It’s not impossible at all, It’s pretty doable.
Especially once you introduce coconut oil as well as an antifungal, once you start eating 4/5+ tablespoons a day, you get extra calories and energy that you need to keep or even gain weight.
