Coconut oil should be done earlier in the day. Coconut oil can be somewhat energizing/speed up metabolism. Anti-fungals/probiotics should be done before the late afternoon/early evening so it does not disturb your sleep patterns(Not always easy to do if you have to work).
Late night heavy eating or eating anything spicy later at night can disrupt sleep. Eating lighter foods in the evening might help….low fat fish, green vegetables/higher calcium veggies etc…Eat heavier/spicy/salty foods earlier in the day. Limit salt intake at night. Higher blood pressure at night can disrupt sleep.
I use Melatonin(3mg) every now and then to help me wind down. Melatonin can help calm my gut as well. If the gut or liver is aggravated so will sleep patterns be disturbed as well. Over stimulation of the mind can cause some issues for some as well.
