The type of kefir you use is up to you. Some people can tolerate milk kefir throughout their treatment while others simply can’t.
Certainly you can enjoy both types if you have no problems doing so.
I should add another antifungal when i can tolerate kefir?
Yes, but that’s going to be a while yet because you need to get the amount of kefir up to a workable amount.
