sorry. the diet i’m currently on is as follows:
eggs, quinoa, buckwheat, nuts (soaked in gse for a few hours).
kefir that i’ve made
many coconut products (flour, oil, milk)
most of the veggies listed in the ebook without tomatoes, carrots and corn. (i was hoping to be able to do tomatoes since many raw recipes require them)
raw garlic at night
oil of oregano in water
gse in water (alternating with oil of oregano)
1 billion count probiotics (i’ll have to check the brand)
greek strained plain yogurt
turpentine with surgar cubes
the detox drink i started yesterday (cayenne, lemon, water and apple cider vinegar)
i chose quinoa and nuts because im afraid of not getting enough nutrition.
i have a lot of veggies in my fridge that im trying to utilize with recipes in the book.
