There’s no reason not to continue with any of these.
My main reason for this post is that I wanted to see if there’s a more effective timetable for taking my supplements and antifungals someone could suggest. Right now I’m taking coconut oil and every supplement on the protocol list right when I wake up with my breakfast and taking bitters after my meal.
Spreading them out during the day as much as possible is good.
And just so you know, I was taking calcium and magnesium when I contracted Candida, continued taking it throughout my treatment and I’m still taking it, now Candida free. Of course, if you don’t wish to take these, no one is going to insist. Supplements, like the diet, are an individual’s choice.
As far as salt is concerned, I wouldn’t worry about it unless you normally have a problem with it and as long as you’re using Himalayan sea salt, or at least another good quality sea salt.
