For the first few days after the slip, I was still drinking kefir and eating buckwheat, and using stevia, but I cut those out after a recommendation from someone on here. Now I’ve been strict on the diet for about 5 days and the only things I’m having that I was okay with before is nettle leaf tea, apple cider vinegar on my salads and apple cider vinegar mustard as a veggie dip ( heres the ingredients of the mustard–> ). Is it okay for me to keep having these things or should I back off? My main reason for this post is that I wanted to see if there’s a more effective timetable for taking my supplements and antifungals someone could suggest. Right now I’m taking coconut oil and every supplement on the protocol list right when I wake up with my breakfast and taking bitters after my meal. At lunch I take my calcium/zinc/magnesium and usually have some lemon water, or lemon on my salad. At night I have milk thistle and more calcium/zinc/magnesium with dinner and generally take a caplet of flax seed oil, and before bed some coconut oil (anti-fungal frequency varies depending on work). Also I was wondering how much I should worry about sodium content of foods, I heard table salt is bad, but what about fish with high daily values of sodium and stuff like that, and things with salt as an ingredient? I’m just trying to get back on track and I’m a little lost because of my symptoms coming back and it’s been a terrible week. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I won’t take calcium and magnesium in a first phase of an anticandida protocol at least you very deficient of them. Both are used by pathogens. In biofilm formations, (calcium) and magnesium plays a role in the transition of candida albicans to germ tube. I can not say until what point they could affect your progress but if you can delay them for a second phase, it is safer.
