The way processed foods are made today – I don’t trust anything. Do you have a food processor? If not – just chop everything up with a knife – finely. Olive tapanade has lots of beneficial ingredients in it.
•1/2 cup black olives Kalamatas are best – black olives if more you like mild
•1/2 cup green olives Seedless & no stuffing
•1 tablespoon capers (optional)
•2 cloves garlic
•2 tablespoons olive oil
•1 teaspoon lemon juice
•1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
