Great ways to increase weight: eat 3-4 course meals!
My breakfast: oat bran, eggs, yogurt, pumpkin muffin bread, (on weekends I add potatoes not allowed on phase 1).
Dinner: buckwheat, chicken, buckwheat/coconut bread, salad
Add salads or chicken to every meal! Add buckwheat to every meal. Add broccoli or turnips to every meal. The list goes on and on…there is a lot of food you can eat!
