There’s one on the recipe board, but I think I’ve modified it quite a bit since it was posted, at least for the “sweet” one. The savory one I posted under “buckwheat snack mix”.
For the breakfast one…
2 cups buckwheat groats
1 cup oat bran
1 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup (or so) coconut oil
a couple of big spoons of coconut manna, melted
optional – 1 tsp non-alcoholic vanilla
Basically just mix everything together and stir it up, then cook it on a baking sheet, or even better, one of those aluminum baking pans, on 250 for about 45 min, stirring every 15 or so. You can’t really screw it up and it just keeps getting crunchier if you leave it in longer. All the ingredients are optional, really, and you can add in other stuff if you think of something else good!
