If you have already included any sort of milk in your diet you can also eat it like a cereal. You just have to make sure that you let the oat bran soak up the milk for few minutes and make sure you keep puring milk to it when its all soaked up. If the oat brans are not fully soaked they will later soak liquid in your body and this will dehydrate and constipate you.
If you dont react to hazelnut milk let it soak with that for a few minutes, add more milk if necessary. Then add some stevia and cinemmon. Delicous!
I had it by mistake at the beginng of my diet b/c I didnt know oat bran and hazelnut milk are only for later in the diet, but it’s great, cant wait to have it again.
