I’ve talked about iodine several times in the past. I just found this information that I posted on October 3rd.
The quote was;
“If you’re using Himalayan sea salt, you’ll need a good source of iodine. A good brand is “World Organic Liqui-Kelp Daily Iodine.” A few drops a day will do the job.”
The brand of extract you linked to contains organic iodine which should be just fine. But the liquid kelp is much cheaper and a bottle will last for an extremely long time.
As far as the mercury and Candida connection is concerned, I wrote a post about heavy metals and Candida on October 21. Heavy metals include mercury, of course.
