Most people should get enough carbs from fats, veg & fruits (in your case avocados) to function normally. All I can suggest is stick with it, it will become easier.
I already eat a relatively low carb diet, despite having a very physical lifestyle, so didn’t find the switch too hard. Its the “die off” that has knocked me back a lot.
