I would never ever tell anyone to go on a diet like this with out having a candida problem because it eliminates many things your body needs.
Like what? The diet is packed full of nutrition compared to the standard American diet. All you’re missing is a substantial amount of carbs – you still get them from vegetables to some extent – which aren’t strictly necessary anyway.
You see it. This is a ridiculous statement of an ignorant and fanatic person trying to spread her voice and opinion in a topic she doesn’t know anything.
Go and advice anybody to follow a very low carbohydrate diet, but if that person has a shock or die with a metabolic shutdown, a hypoglycemic shock, I will go over you with the authorities and family.
This is the kind of advice I never give anybody. I can suggest chelation, a kind of diet, a treatment, but who is me to elaborate a diet that supply everybody necessities ??
