I started the diet three days ago, and I’m following this DR. (http://www.noozhawk.com/article/010113_dr._scott_saunders_candida) treatment plan layout for supplements, but what I can and can’t eat from the Candida Diet. I’ve been sticking to it pretty strictly. Completely cut out sugar, carbs, caffeine, and alcohol. I’m going to start drinking a few cloves of garlic in water a night and take apple cider vinegar with dinner. I don’t want to bombard my system with supplements so thats why I like Dr. Saunders approach to spacing them out and rotating them out as well. Any other thoughts if that’s to aggressive or not aggressive enough?
