Thanks for clearing that up Able. I’ve been ok. Busy! But still sticking to the diet. I’m on 2 probiotics, still 10-12 tsps coconut oil and 5 drops oregano oil a day. Just a quickie – do I need to go up to 3 probiotics a day or should I just keep increasing the oregano oil?
In terms of flour.. milled flaxseed is great for breads! You can make a bread entirely out of that (with eggs, baking soda etc) or you can mix it with another flour. I’ve also discovered hemp seed flour which is great too. I’ve mixed coconut flour (3/4 cup), milled flaxseed/sunflower (1/2 cup) and hemp seed flour (1/2 cup) together with 3 eggs, half a cup of olive oil, 1 tsp cream of tartar, 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda, sprinkle of sea salt and some water (until the mixture is pasty and sticks together) and its delicious! Also great with pumpkinseed butter spread on top if you can tolerate it.
Hope that helps! (If you can’t find coconut flour I would suspect milled flaxseed with hemp seed flour would be great too. You can also try buckwheat flour.)
