Hello, Giorgio, welcome to the forum.
I found this website and began the cleanse, but am now feeling like i have a cold of fever, and am having a very hard time putting down the detox drinks as listed on the website of husk, clay and water. they make me want to puke. just now I found more info on the forum from Able900 under Proper and Safe Cleanse, and am going to try that, and I have also ordered the Molybdenum pills linked from the forum
. So you’ve taken the first steps, and two smart decisions.
He mentioned 3 Lac, which I have read a little bit about but haven’t read many testimonials about here yet.
And you won’t see testimonials to Threelac here either; other from one woman who used it but couldn’t come close to a cure of her Candida. It’s an expensive, over-hyped, and very mild probiotic. You’d be wasting your money if you purchase it because it’s far too weak to make a difference in a Candida infestation.
I am about to have a mental breakdown with all the info here
That only means one thing; you’ve read enough, and enough in this case is too much.
but I feel like my mental state and candida presence are related as well so I am very hopeful about this diet.
A lot of that is probably die-off coming from the cleanse. Molybdenum will help if you take it correctly.
Read the protocol and nothing else for now. Just get the protocol right in your head so you’ll know what to do “now” and don’t worry about the rest – it’ll all come to you in time and you don’t have to “know it all” right now. We’re here to answer your questions so you don’t have to worry about not having an answer to any concern you may have.
And people here on the forum only want to help you. We’ll never try to sell you anything or ask you for anything other than for you to try and stick with the treatment and avoid cheating on the diet – but that’s for your own good, not ours.
Keep in touch with us as often as you can – stay connected.
Much good luck to you.
