I would first reduce to 1 cup per day. I would then reduce to 1/2 cup per day. Then when you can, switch to green tea and have coffee once per week. Then reduce green tea if possible and switch to a herbal tea like chammomile. This is how I reduced my intake…I was just like you and drank 2-4 cups per day without abandon.
