I experienced the same thing with constipation and bloating.
I think it is all part of the process and new diet, less fiber etc.
A nutritionist I saw told me to take more vitamin C. I’m currently taking 2,000 mgs a day.
Swedish bitters after meals seem to help also.
I wake up every morning and drink a large glass of warm lemon water.
Some days are worse than others.
My first week I didn’t have bowel movement at all and was incredibly scared.
There are many many people who will tell you colonics are bad for candida sufferers because it wipes out the good bacteria but I became more regular after getting a colonic. It’s a choice you have to make.
Everyone is different.
I’m hoping that once I introduce a non-glutenous grain my body will become even more regular. Oat bran is great for digestion. I’ll let you know how that goes as that is for next week.
