The problem with rice milk is that it is inflammatory like all rice products and this is why we don’t recommend it while on the diet; same with all soy products as well as corn, carrots, etc.

Once you get your gut flora in check, you probably won’t feel so ill from meat products and can start adding it in then if you wanted. My naturopath asks all of his clients whether they eat meat or not, and if they do not, he tells them to eat meat because this by itself can cure their health problems.
