Ive been on it for around a week now, my breakfast consists of a salad, lemon with water. Lunch either steak or chicken with brocholi and dinner a salad as well. im cooking the steak and chicken with olive oil. I snack on wallnuts as well.im taking a probiotic , virgin coconut oil and nystatin and im eating alot of garlic and im taking glutamine.ive been feeling alot better but the problem is im always hungry . what about you?
