After reading through the forum I think I do need to get stricter with my diet, I think I am eating too many carbs 🙁 So sad I already miss so many things it’s hard to consider cutting out more carbs. But I only eat protein at lunch and since I practice food combining most my other meals are based around brown rice or quinoa or a gluten free grain of some kind. Any idea how many carbs a person should being eating a day on the diet?
