Thanks again for helping me trouble shoot so I can get through the initial adjustment to the diet and get comfortable again!

I actually don’t mind the taste of coconut oil, which I had been drinking at about 2 tblspns per 16 oz of warm water with the lemon, sea salt and ginger. I find it not so bad taste-wise…it’s just the after-effects. But that’s good advice, just to wait until I have the molybdenum which I’m picking up later.
