EDIT: Jo, please see my reply below in response to M concerning coconut sugar.
Organic apple cyder vinegar – http://www.hollandandbar…9&cid=423&sid=0 – “Aspall Organic Cyder Vinegar is bottled unpasteurised and free from preservatives to ensure a wonderful apple flavour.”
That one looks and sounds about right.
Stevia – http://www.hollandandbar…9&cid=423&sid=0 – “Maltodextrin (97.38%), Rebaudioside A (2.2%), Flavour Modifier – G394-574-1 (0.21%), Flavour Modulasense-540780TP0900.” hmm.. guess not?
Well, Maltodextrin is a form of sugar ….
Oat flour – http://www.healthysuppli…-400g-bobs-redmill.html – is this the right one?
No, not flour, you want bran. Read the post linked below so you can see the difference between bran and meal.
This looks and sounds like the correct form, although I can’t be 100% certain as I’ve never had this brand.
Rice bran – http://www.healthysuppli…from=0&-searchto=50 – Gluten free, wheat free, dairy free.. but not organic?
Looks good since it’s made from the outer layer of the kernal.
Teff – http://www.healthysuppli…r-gluten-free-bobs.html – guessing this is the right one?
Yes, looks fine.
Soba noodles – http://www.healthysuppli…rganic-clearspring.html – organic and wheat free.. fine..?
Buckwheat noodles, yes, perfect.
Buckwheat flour – http://www.healthysuppli…our-organic-sussex.html – 100% organic buckwheat apparently.
And one not mentioned on the strict diet but I thought i’d ask – organic coconut sugar http://www.healthysuppli…onut-sugar-rawchoc.html advice on this please?
I suppose this could be added as a test food because I’m not sure about the amount of carbs in a serving.
Edit, also Vanilla pods, are these ok?
I think these are the beans, if so they’re on the strict diet.
