I know I have PM’d you previously, but thank you for sharing your theory about treating candida in the gut. I think it’s good for the forum to be debating different ideas.
I haven’t seen it mentioned in your posts yet (forgive me i I have missed it), so I wanted to ask the exact instructions for performing nystatin enemas.. I think important questions are:
– How much nystatin and sodium bicarbonate do you take with each enema?
– Do you alternate antifungal enemas with just plain water enemas?
– Do you think it is vital to perform an antifungal enema each day to make progress, or could they be more spaced out?
– What was the exact type of nystatin that you took? Was it powder, liquid or pills, and do you think the brand that you buy will matter?
Thank you very much
I have posted that information several times. Anyway, I will tell you how I have done the things. I do water enemas to evacuate and clean the colon (several rounds) When I am sure no more fecal matter comes out, I use 6 ounces of water with 500 000 units of Nystatin powder. I hold it until the next day.
Plain water enemas may work too. I know cases that only did that and were cured.
The frequency of enemas could variate according to the severity of your case. I have done the enemas almost every day because my case is a real severe case.
I have used Nystatin refrigerated powder and tablets.
The brand ?? I don’t have preference with any brand. Any of then should work.
Thank you Jorge, and sorry for asking you to repeat information you may have already posted elsewhere. Its very helpful.
I wondered whether you think it would be ok to crush or dissolve a nystatin tablet into the water that you use for the enema? I am struggling to find anywhere that sells the powder, but have found some places where I could buy 500,000u tablets, if these would be ok. What do you think?
