I’m glad to see that you are improving. I have been on the diet for almost 6 months. I wanted to let you know that candida is very sneeky. Just when you start to feel better and think that you can make some changes it rears it’s ugly head! I started using regular toothpaste again and I think that’s what started my problems again with the familiar itching (vaginal and rectal)!
What I am doing is planning out my attack on a calendar. I can’t remember when I make changes and when something happens I don’t know what to attibute it too. With it written on a calendar, I can look back and see what can be the culprit.
It is also important not to add more than one thing at a time. I believe the recommended time in the protocol is 7-10 days. I know how hard it is to wait. But we have to remember we didn’t get this way overnight, the cure won’t happen overnight.
The other thing that I do differently is really use the forum when I have questions or am thinking about doing something new. Able and raster and many of the others are very quick to share their experiences and advice.
This diet is not like western medicine, it doesn’t work that fast. We are used to getting pills and being fixed. That only treats the symptoms. This diet addresses the root causes and makes you look at how you are treating your body.
