wanted to chime in as well-
I tried rutabaga for the first time a week or so ago and didn’t have a notable die off reaction either (and I am fighting a well established case of candida.) Maybe just a little bit itchy the first time. In fact I felt great after eating it! (my energy increased!!)Have eaten it several times since and have had no adverse reactions even though I was standing by with the molybdenum! Maybe we’re just lucky! ;)Hang in there! Carrie
Carrie, according to your posts, it looks like you’ve been on the treatment for about two months (or seven weeks when you tried the rutabaga). This could easily explain your lack of symptoms from eating a rutabaga. Had you tried it during the first few weeks, I’m sure you’d have a different tale to tell, especially if you had a severe case of Candida overgrowth.
