thanks i can up my molybendum i think its good to avoid the multi grain bread also ,i have yet to make a coconut bread or wrap that comes out good i fail each time making it it comes out nasty !
i can raise the 1 pill of ashwangada also i suppose
hopefully i can ease into getting stricter over time idk but the way things been going i think sum blueberries/green apple /almond butter will help me stay on track
i am actually taking 3 tbs coconut oil u think its to much ?
sourdough bread is made with a starter that has nutritional yeast in it i think and coconut wraps are on this diet forum section theres a link to buy online ,i failed trying to make them myself
