You could also try incorporating other seaweeds as sources of protein as well. Nori and dulse are known to have higher contents of protein than soy. Spinach, kale, broccoli, artichokes, brussel sprouts, asparagus and collard greens all have higher amounts of protein in them for green vegetable options.
