Try out the glutamine powder. Alex said the powder worked better than capsules.

Try out taking inulin or trying out my raster bread.

Try to work in small servings of meat.

I also would consider supplementing with HCL (hydro-chloric acid) and this may reduce your reactions.

To reverse the muscle loss you do need protein, but most all you need minerals and to heal leaky gut.
