To give reference, thats probably about 2% of the rda of potassium. Everybody has different requirements when supplementing, but that should give you an idea.
I want to mention something that Dr. Lynch has started preaching recently. His view is that if you get to a point where you feel awesome from taking methyl sup’s, stop taking them until you need them again. This is also important if you get to the point where you feel overdriven. If that does happen, take some time release niacin, it doesnt take much, 50-100mg a day for a few days is all it usually takes to bring a person back down.
So you are or arent taking methyl folate & b12 yet?
