OK thanks, I can get the Country Life ones in the UK. So how many do you take, like 4 or 5 a day to get up to the 750 mcg dose?

Just wondering why Lisa’s recommended dose is so low?
Sorry to check but we started off with me being warned to be careful with molybdenum, and now I’m looking at taking three or four times the amount I was taking! :-))
