An early one, but i have to share.
Wow… Last night my stomach was roaring like crazy. So much going on.
I woke up early this morning (I never wake up early), and I didn’t even feel like the bed had a 10 times stronger gravity field pulling on me. Big change. And massive relief of brain fog compared to the last 2 days.
So I decided to push my luck. I had a slice of almond butter/cashewbutter cacao chicory cake (no reaction this time) and straight after I took 500 grams of probiotic yogurt of which sugars: 5.8 per 100g. Normally the yogurt alone would make me feel very bloated, especially with the cake combo. No complains this time. Nothing… Just my stomach working really hard to process the food. Groaning and mumbling and working hard.
Then for lunch I took a big piece of non organic turkey with 2 baked onions and an egg. Quite a heavy meal that would normally get me bloated and sluggish. Again, nothing!! Just had another great bowel movement. Smooth stool.
Today I enjoyed a lot of time of just feeling and hearing my stomach and gut going through who knows what. It feels good. Stuff is happening.
Still no trace of rectal itching, which was chronic and very bad the day before I started. No heavy legs, no constipation, no food reaction today, clearer sinuses and clearer eyes.
For the sake of this experiment I completely quit coconut oil for now. The only supplements I’m taking are 1 of ashwagandha a day and some probiotics at night. Nothing else. I also limited my garlic and ginger intake.
