I haven’t had MMS in almost 36 hours. The reason for this being that I got nauseous yesterday after my morning dose (8 drops). I wanted to blame the 5 boiled eggs I had for breakfast (there was nothing else to eat, I was out) but as the hours passed and the uneasiness lingered I realized it was the MMS. My stomach has been growling and churning and working on who knows what almost constantly since yesterday morning, and I have NO idea whats going on. I’m happy that my digestion is functioning and my constipation and bloating is gone, but Ive never had this much going on in my stomach. I feel a little uneasy, and I woke up feeling pretty destroyed this morning. Couldnt get out of bed.
Ive decided to take it easy for a while, since the nausea indicates I took a little too much. I’m gonna go back to 2 or 3 drops per dose because thats when it went really good. I guess this stuff is pretty potent and I should be careful with my body.
Protocol changes starting today:
– Twice as much probiotics as before (4,5 capsules a day)
– Now taking 1 magnesium, 1 iron, a bunch of vitamin c (not time released) and 2 instead of 1 ashwagandha supplements a day.
– Not smoking every day.
Oh and I’ m sick of buckwheat/ghee/almond butter pancakes (which was a staple food for me), I’m gonna quit that for a while. Hopefully forever. yugh… This means more fish, (organic) beef and vegetables.
I want to eat a strawberry jelly croissant… that is my goal. I was just craving it today, and have decided that I am not cured until I can eat shit like a croissant with strawberry jelly. My god thats good. But not yet:P
