I’m going to be getting organic acids test back in a couple weeks so hopefully that will have some clues as well. I get that every time i stand up, although its gotten better lately. Speaking of that, someone on my moms side of the family passed out from stand up too fast a couple weeks ago.
I might look into getting that test done after the homocysteine
Thats why testing is so important. I think ruling things out is just as, or in some cases, more important in diagnosing a problem than some confirmation findings.
It should get better as your inflammation and energy production improve. Do you have a hard time standing for long periods of time too?
That test might be more important than homocysteine at this point, for yourself, as you have already started the treatment to lower homocysteine. A homocysteine test down the road would be fine, probably more reliable at this point anyways.
