So do you think the tryptophan is worth a shot? What am I shooting for by supplementing with tryptophan, I know it has a few different uses.
I’m debating whether to start some methylfolate tomorrow(just a little bit like 100 mcg or so) I tried the creatine and BCAA’s today and have noticed a bit more energy. Nothing crazy but something definitely noticeable.
