Hmmm… that’s a very good question, but I don’t believe cooking has any effect.
This would be a good time for me to let you know about the yahoo support forum for mercury detox. It’s dedicated to those chelating according to Cutler’s protocol and people there will be happy to answer any questions you have. You have to request to join first (this way they avoid shills and trolls), but here’s a thread I found relating to your sulfur question: https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/frequent-dose-chelation/conversations/messages/98188
Also, if you have facebook, there’s a facebook support group as well: https://www.facebook.com/groups/acfanatics/

Chelating without being poisoned is risky because of the many unhealthy side effects of chelation. These side effects are acceptable only if you are sure you are poisoned, because only then the benefits of removing the poison outweigh the disadvantages of the chelation.
This is misinformation. In the event that you chelate without being poisoned you will simply feel nothing while taking the chelators. The side effects caused by chelation are because mercury and other heavy metals are being mobilized and moved around the body by the chelators. This is what causes symptoms.
