Have you ever had your vitamin D serum level checked? Do you get symptoms like joint pain, skin rash or anything else noticeable?
Whether or not candida is behind your problems isn’t really important. You’ll still benefit from improving your diet, balancing your gut flora, reducing stress and doing moderate exercise. It’s tough getting over the carb cravings initially, especially if you have such an emotional attachment to them, but it is possible. Your body soon adjusts to a high-fat, low-carb diet, so it’s just a case of being strong until that happens.
