Able900 – I believe the place labeled by me as “!!!” is where the man from link #2 wants me to massage. He described it as “an inch or so below the base of your breastbone”. Seems like the same point! I’m a little bit afraid of this massage, because touching this point is so irritating!
Please tell me one more thing. It may be funny somewhat 🙂 What happens to you when you’re turning your body fast left and right, but without moving your head? In other words: imagine that you’re standing on the floor and you can’t move your feet. You want to look what’s behind you. You’re turning your head first and that your body turns. This is the movement I’m thinking of, except your head been looking to the front all the time. Fast body movements: left, right, left, right…
When I do this, I hear like some air is released inside. I found it out several years ago and wondered whether it’s normal. But I’ve felt too shy to ask anybody 🙂
I found this video tutorial: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0DtwjUuqQow
I think that doctor there tells to massage the point directly under breastbone. I’m not sure now which point is correct and should I perform this massage including fact what I feel when I touch the point marked as “!!!”.
Is it a good idea to go and make RTG with contrast to find out whether I have HH?
