I agree 100% with everything you wrote, including the Vega products being great fuel. I am now adding in new foods each week and I am not on the strict diet anymore. I am able to run up to 16 km (before, I couldn’t run more than 6 km bc I didn’t have the carb stores, and when on super strict anti candida diet I couldn’t run at all). I hope as I continue to add new foods I will be able to increase my distance, as I’d love to train for another Full (training would start in January).
What do you recommend consuming for post-run recovery?
