I would experiment with it and start out with a slow doseage and mix with water. Take it seperate from meals and snacks by 1 hour. It should taste strong but not too strong to the point where you gag.
I take a liquid version so am unsure how much of the solid stuff is the equivelant. I have a feeling 1 tsp mixed with a half of a cup of water would be about correct doseage.
I would read up on any instructions that may be included. It sounds like most people bathe with the flakes.
