So I felt lately that I may be magnesium deficient so I looked into getting a good supplement and stumbled upon some studies on epsom salt baths.
I have done 3 epsom salt baths this week and noticed after the first bath, I had night sweats which for me is using when breaking a fever or getting over a sickness. The second time nothing noticeable. The third time I was very flush after getting out and felt loose like after the chiropractor or a massage. I’m going to keep trying them to see how I feel. I also ordered a transdermal magnesium oil.
