Are you drinking nettle leaf tea? It’s great for raising iron in blood. Standard treatment would be one cup of fresh tea three times per day for a month. I think that’s a bit too much as I was busy with this diet as it is. I was just doing it once or twice a day whenever I can (you should avoid drinking it near calcium source such as yoghurt or milk kefir as that competes with iron intake). I also squeezed a lemon in it to enhance nutrient absorption from it and this way I feel I did the detox part (replacement for lemon water) at the same time as nettle leaf tea is a good detox tea as well. Same as you I had iron on the bottom line and after taking nettle leaf tea for about a month or so it was above middle and I was not even trying so hard.
Make sure to find organic nettle leaf tea without any additives.
Great, great tip, Arijana. I love nettle tea too, so that sounds nice. Thank you!
