Someone may have already mentioned this, but you do not have to feel better to show progress. Sometimes the die-off symptoms (meaning you are eliminating the Candida from your body) are a sign of progress. In a way we should be saying congratulations on feeling crappy–it probably means you’re doing something right. If you go back to eating things that make you feel better but are not on the strict diet, then you’ve wasted some valuable time, money, and stress. Plus, you may never heal and end up suffering in the long run.
