My most troubling symptoms are persistent and painful yeast infection (but without most of the usual symptoms like discharge), so essentially vulvodynia. Also Keratosis Pilaris on my legs and sides, hair loss (losing large chunks of hair every time I brush it).

I’m eating the following: lettuce, spinach, other leafy greens on occasion (chard, dandelion greens, etc), cauliflower, broccoli, turnips, radishes, onions, garlic, cucumbers, red cabbage, zucchini, yellow/red/green bell pepper in very small amounts, and occasionally avocado if I can find it. I cook everything in either EVOO or coconut oil. Other than that, I’ve had two eggs, a glass of kefir, and 1-2 bites of chicken since March 2nd.
For breakfast I have vegetable soup (pureed cooked veggies), lunch is a salad and roasted veggies of some sort, dinner much the same.
Would it be okay to add in coconut milk?

What kinds of foods contain more sulfur?
– What supplements are you taking? Still taking ACE? What’s your dosage?
I’m now taking the following supplements:
AM: Vitamin C 500mg, Biotin, Iodine, Selenium, SF722 (1 capsule), Colloidal silver 10ppm 3 oz, Fish oil, Molybdenum 500mcg (Carson Labs), Adrenal cortex 50mg, occasional milk thistle, and this probiotic.
Dinner: Molybdenum 500mcg, SF722 just increased this to 2 capsules at night, ACE 50mg, Vitamin C 500mg, probiotic

I haven’t been as good about taking my temperature but I would say they’ve risen, but definitely not stabilized. It seems to be consistently in the low 98 or high 97 when I wake up, but sometimes drops down to 96 or even 95 during the day. It also really seems to depend on what I’m wearing and how cold my environment is, which I guess makes sense.

Great, I think I may have even found organic chicken here.

No longer a problem. I actually feel great in terms of digestion. Eating eggs gave me bad gas but that’s the only time I’ve noticed anything off for about a week.
