I would add chicken first, organic if you can get it. Eggs are problematic for some. Not just because they can be allergenic, but also because they are high in sulphur. Many people on this forum (myself included) do not tolerate sulphur foods and do much better when they avoid all high sulphur foods. This can be due to a CBS mutation, something that can be verified via genetic testing.

I would wait. The basic idea is to establish a base of diet/supplements that you know you tolerate or are beneficial to you and then change/test one thing at a time so you can know the effect it has on you.

I wouldn’t worry about this. Before worrying about nightshades I’d worry about sulphur foods, as it seems to be a pretty common issue among people on this forum.
