One more question for now: What if, after two weeks on the all-vegetable diet, I don’t feel any better?
I’m on day 10 now and feeling no improvement. I don’t know how I can add foods back in until most of my symptoms are mostly gone, that way I can see if they come back. The only slipups have been a bite of something here and there (like one bite of chicken a few days ago) and then I ate two eggs over the weekend. If I don’t feel better after two weeks, should I give it even more time? I am surviving fine on the extra strict diet, despite the difficulties, but I need protein. I’ve already lost 10 pounds and counting…
