A few of you have expressed on here that the symptoms that still remain are part of leaky gut syndrome (bloatedness, gas, cramping)…all are usually relieved after I have a bowel movement.
I’m curious. At this point in time should I be still be using antifungals?
And if so, how frequently?
I’m thinking I should at least use them twice a week to keep yeast from coming back.
Also, I am using the following supplements to help cure leaky gut…
-I use this probiotic. It has 14 billion and 8 different strains. One in the morning and at night. PB8
-Ground flax seeds in my smoothie for fiber
Note: I started this supplement protocol only 3 days ago. I’m hoping to see improvement within two weeks.
I am suggesting Colostrum, Slyppery Elm, Bee Pollen, and Aloe Vera. NAG is great but don’t know if you should take it because it can benefit candida.
