If you get molecularly distilled fish oil, you can avoid heavy metals and even a lot of fish antigens that would aggravate any fish allergies. They’re more practical for everyday use too. This one by Nature’s Answer is really potent for the price. Remember saturated fat helps you absorb it, so take it with your eggs, coconut oil etc.
